Afrobata is a classifieds and business-management platform. It helps users discover, post, manage, promote, buy, sell, rent out products, offer services, find work, hire workers, and manage store activity.

Afrobata does not publicly display a reviewer’s phone number, email address, private messages, transaction amount, or full legal name.
4.7 Rental Booking and Commitment-Fee Records
Afrobata may offer rental request and booking-management tools for providers and renters.

Afrobata does not collect, hold, process, verify, guarantee, refund, or insure rental commitment fees at this stage.
Any rental payment, commitment fee, deposit, return arrangement, or damage arrangement is handled directly between renter and provider outside Afrobata.

Where a business uses Afrobata Store Suite, we may process:

Afrobata does not receive your Skroda password, balance, KYC documents, settlement information, or Skroda session credentials through this connection.
Skroda remains responsible for its own privacy practices, payment functionality, KYC, settlement, escrow, and dispute systems.
6.2 Payment Providers
Where Afrobata accepts payments for packages, promotions, or related platform services, payment providers may provide:

Afrobata does not store full payment-card details.

Store owners are responsible for managing staff access and removing access when no longer needed.
11.3 Skroda
Where you connect Skroda or use Skroda Protection on eligible product-sale listings, Afrobata may share limited information required for the connected service, such as:

Buyer and seller reference where consented and required
Transaction status
Item and amount details needed to create or update an eligible protected deal
Afrobata does not share Skroda KYC records, internal risk scores, settlement details, or sensitive Skroda compliance information.
